Group Ranking Information

In order to accommodate all fitness levels we created categories based on the potential results of our assessment program.

The purpose of placing members into groups is to ensure that they are performing exercises that are appropriate for their current abilities. Workouts created for each category are intended to teach proper form and help each member progress to the next level. Our categories allow us to offer personal one-on-one tailor made training in a group setting.

Above all, our systematic approach to group training will enable each member to strengthen his or her fit person. Routine assessments and the encouragement from their house members and coaches will help to keep clients motivated and better able to defy the demands of their ‘unfit person’.
